Several years ago we developed a love of pre-Columbian ruins and societies. While exploring this passion we learned of cacao’s long history and great cultural importance. We were exposed to rich flavors that were unlike anything we had ever before experienced. This wonderful intersection of food, history, and culture has had us hooked ever since. We strive to share just a little bit of that with each of our chocolates.
